This guide is for MTurk workers. You'll install Vista Viewer, enter the Session ID and your Worker ID, complete the test, and submit the confirmation token for payment.

FAQ

Common questions

No. Once Vista Viewer is installed on your computer, you can use it for every new test session. Just open the app and enter the new Session ID and your Worker ID.

After completing the test in Vista Viewer, copy the confirmation token and paste it back into the MTurk HIT page to submit your work and receive payment.

Make sure you completed all the test comparisons. The confirmation token appears only after the full test is finished. If you still don't see it, contact support at support@beamr.com.

On macOS, right-click the app and select "Open" to bypass Gatekeeper. You may also need to go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and click "Open Anyway."

Windows SmartScreen may show a warning for unrecognized apps. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway" to proceed with the installation.
